DELIVERY

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-5 working days)

Special Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days)

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE

It is important to us that all goods produced by Blue Pig are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect them. If you are not satisfied with your unused purchase please return it within 7 days of delivery.

 

Returned items must be sent with your proof of purchase to be eligible for exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original packaging, complete and in case of clothing and jewellery, in unworn condition. It is our policy that personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty. Blue Pig will not be responsible for the cost of returning goods (non-refunded), except where the item received is faulty. The customer is responsible for returning item(s) and to ensure all returned parcels are 'tracked'. In an unfortunate event the parcel is lost during transit, no refund will be granted. Store credit and exchange will not include shipping charges. We have the right to not accept a return and may enforce a repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.

 

We will do everything we can to help make your experience with us positive. If you are unsure about an item, please reach out to us to help make it right.

Substitute Goods

The items delivered to you may differ slightly from the images shown on the www.handmadebybluepig.com site. We reserve the right to substitute items of a similar description and standard if the requested items are not available but we will use reasonable endeavours to match your order exactly. In the unlikely event a substitution is made, we will always confirm changes with you beforehand.

Faulty Items

We go to great lengths to ensure all goods sent out are of a high standard. However, as each individual product is crafted by hand, mistakes may happen. Blue Pig will accept full responsibility if an item received is faulty and does not meet our criteria. Please email us as soon as possible or within 3 days regarding the faulty item(s). For the opportunity to help us amend your order; Blue Pig may wish to make arrangements for return of the faulty goods to us at our expense for inspection. The faulty goods must be complete, in the original packaging and with the receipt. Returned goods should be clearly marked with the sender's name and address. Once received and inspected, we will then have a discussion whether to have this item replaced, exchanged or reimbursed. 

Damaged Items

All of our items are well packaged to mitigate the possibility of items being damaged on delivery. However, if an item is damaged through transit, this has not been directly done by Blue Pig but that of the provider Royal Mail. Due to this reason only, we do not take responsibility and will not provide any form of refund.

Undelivered Gifts

Every effort must be made by the recipient to arrange re-delivery of items if they are not home to take receipt of the delivery. Goods will be shipped by Royal Mail. If the recipient delivery address is incorrect, this may result in the gift being delivered to the wrong address or returned to Blue Pig. A refund will not be offered in this case. Refunds cannot be offered on seasonal gifts that are returned back from the delivery company due to non collection/re-delivery from the recipient.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please email us handmade.by.bluepig@gmail.com within 3 days. Please return the incorrect items to the return address found at the back of the parcel. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered, please notify us so we can send you the correct item(s) as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund you once the item has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item sent but we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
